Healing House
Healing House is a two-day workshop offered for couples and/or individuals and is designed to provide counseling support. During the two days participants will receive the following:
Day One:
Education & Awareness
- Identifying family communication
- Unhealthy coping strategies
- Attachment and Bonding issues
- Creating Intimacy and Connection
- Parenting Issues
- Blended Family Dynamics
- Forgiveness Sessions
- Affirmations (self, spouse and children)
- Identifying pain cycles and rejection patterns
- And much much more!!!
Day Two:
Individual/Couples Process Work
- Separation, Grief and Loss (What's Buried?)
- Identifying attachment styles
- Individual inventory segment - Triaging immediacy of self care needs
- Parental inventory segment - Triaging immediacy of my child's needs
- Couple inventory segment - Triaging immediacy of my spouse's needs
- Emotionally focused therapy - Bringing awareness and healing to past wounds
- Forgiveness of self and others
- Setting intentions for future growth
Individuals, parents and couples will leave with restoration and healing in their lives and in relationships with others. The two day Healing House is designed to serve as an introduction to support counseling services to individuals and not to take the place of possible ongoing counseling support services.
